At the beginning, the furniture can appear in the interior designer project, but, over time, if not chosen by the suppliers recognized on the furniture market, they deteriorate, being an adverse investment for the owner and a daily negative emotion for tenants.
The quality of the finishes has an essential role. Choose the quality parquet, a stratified parquet that resists over time, is mounted by gluing and does not break when it tramples, can be hit and grind over time, without the need to replace it. For the bathrooms choose corrected tiles and tiles, possibly large plates, mounted without large, grain, unpleasant, which can be damaged over time. Choose a clean design, without models and avoids the mosaic, which is difficult to maintain and does not resist in time. The kitchen is the star of the agreement, even if the house is rented! Choose quality appliances, from traditions with tradition, which offers guarantee and maintenance. Make sure it is fully equipped, they have adequate storage spaces and a refreshment place, so preparations will not walk for the house, but only occasionally, in the case of holidays.
When it comes to comfort, the arrangement of a rental accommodation becomes even more difficult.
Each customer has its own definition of comfort, it is clearly a «must have» in the current period.
Comfort comes from harmony between each element of the interior design: from colors, furniture arrangement, lighting, decoration, interior architecture, everything influences how we feel and how comfortable a house is.
The «soft furniture», the sofa, armchairs and chairs, must be produced by materials with pleasant plots. When you choose the fabrics, be careful to be easy to clean and resistant to spots. Even if you impose rules and you can choose a couple or someone alone, it does not mean that they cannot have guests with children or pets. The interior of «soft furniture» should be chosen with moderate intensity polyurethane foam, which offers comfort but also over time.
In the comfort section I would mention the mattress in the bedroom. Be careful that it is comfortable, not very soft or very strong, but to provide moderate comfort. The best investment for sleep quality is the orthopedic health mattress, which has both a layer of springs wrapped and surface layers of memory foam. Be careful to choose a topper but also protective covers.
Creativity.
The environment in which we live, for rent, affects our mood. An environment in which to feel creative, inspiring us in our daily activities is certainly the right choice.
The color, the game of color, the materials and the plots can influence the perception of the space in which we live. These must be carefully chosen, so that those who live in the house feel the harmony of the place and the feeling of «home».
Neutral shades are ideal in the arrangement of housing. You can add creative accents: backgrounds and posters, with the theme of nature or abstract works, which give a merit without indicating too personal theme.
We can adapt to appliances in the creative area. Choose a hot light, which plays a relaxing and smooth atmosphere. Hot light stimulates creativity, reduces the level of stress and anxiety. Do not forget the sense of smell. Even from vision, space must smell well. Choose bottles with fragrant sticks to «pamper» the olfactory sense, natural essences with a discreet cotton smell or other fresh, but not very impressive smells.
